The large 46mm fluon-banded piston allows for a consistent seal between the piston and monotube shock. Additionally, the sealing system has integrated dirt wipers to keep out damaging moisture, dirt and debris from being ingested into the shock and contaminating the oil and internal seal. The chrome 14mm hardened chrome piston resists scuffs and corrosion further contributing to its long-lasting durability. Complete with double welded loops at stress areas, and a double strength closure method and hot form reserve tube, so you can trust these shocks in harsh off-road environments.
