They feature a 32% larger-diameter forged sleeve, a 27% larger-diameter toe adjusting shaft, and 14% larger, stronger ball studs. The outer tie rod end includes a spring-loaded ball-stud seat that maintains constant pressure and OEM steering knuckle taper, while the inner tie rod end is adjustable through the end cap and contains a powdered metal ball seat with a rubber shim for clearance compensation.

500 PSI Maximum

Do not exceed 500 PSI of pressure when applying grease, as this can damage the grease caps and cause tie rod failure, voiding your warranty. Additionally, overextending the tie rod angle might damage the inner tie rod or outer ball stud retaining assembly. This can result from steep tie rod–steering rack angles or the overextension of modified suspensions.
