The Industrial Injection Performance Extrude Honed Nozzles start out as a genuine Factory OEM injector nozzle which are then extrude honed and balanced to flow anywhere from 27LPM to 90LPM. These nozzles work great in a completely stock all the way up to a full built competition truck. We typically see a 1-3MPG increase in fuel economy. We balance the nozzles to a tighter tolerance than the original manufacturer and have put a lot of time into making these the best nozzles money can buy.

These nozzles come with a new copper crush washer for installation. Nozzles are an OEM Genuine part that is a direct replacement. Each Nozzle is Individually tested on a state of the art test stand to ensure that they meet OEM specifications. When replacing the nozzles in your 6.7L Common Rail we highly recommend replacing the injector connecting tubes to avoid new injector contamination. The most common failure of new injector installations is contamination and the problem that we see most on these comes from the injector connecting tubes.
