FOX 980-24-962 2.0 Series Front Shock for 7-9in Lift | 2001-2010 Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD

Duramax Fox Shocks are for 1999 and new Chevy Silverado 2500 HD, Silverado 3500 HD, and Silverado 1500 HD truck models. These Silverado Fox Shocks will bolt directly to your factory shock mounts without any modifications required. Fox offers Duramax shocks in both Factory and Performance series. The Performance Series Duramax Fox shocks feature 2.0" shock bodies made out of aluminum while the Factory series Duramax Fox Shocks feature steel bodies and the same design and construction used on the Fox racing shocks. The Performance Series Silverado HD Fox Shocks are available with or without external reservoirs, while the Factory Series Fox shocks come with reservoirs for more oil capacity and better cooling. We typically would recommend the Performance Series for daily driver applications with some light off roading. If you plan on driving the vehicle off road 50% of the time or more, we would recommend the Fox Factory series. Of course, the Factory Series can and are used on daily driver applications too, and you can't go wrong with the race-proven history behind Fox shocks.
