Eliminate Leaks in your 6.6L Duramax with Fleece

The Fleece Fuel Primer Bulb Sealing Kit is the perfect solution for Duramax owners looking to eliminate a common source of fuel system leaks. Designed specifically for 2001-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax engines, this kit is ideal for those running an aftermarket positive displacement lift pump, such as Fleece’s PowerFlo. The factory primer bulb is known to be prone to leaks, which can lead to performance issues and unnecessary frustration. This sealing kit allows you to replace the troublesome primer bulb with a more reliable, durable sealing cap, improving the efficiency and reliability of your fuel system.

Works with a Variety of Setups

The included sealing cap features a convenient 1/8” NPT port, which gives you the option to integrate a low-pressure fuel gauge for monitoring or cap it off with the provided O-ring NPT plug. This added flexibility ensures the kit works seamlessly with a variety of setups, whether you’re looking to optimize your system or simply clean up your engine bay. The kit includes all necessary fasteners, offering both standard (8-32) and metric (M4) screw options to accommodate variations between model years. Installation is straightforward—just hand-thread the screws to identify the correct fitment before securing the cap.

Fits: 2001-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax

Application Note: The kit includes two screw options (standard and metric) - thread in by hand each screw type and use the thread pitch with the best fitment. There is variation amongst the model years, so always test first by hand to verify the thread pitch on your vehicle.
