In recent years, FASS poured their heart and soul into their Signature Series Fuel Systems. Fortunately for 2015-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax owners, the Titanium Signature Fuel Lift Pump is finally here. This innovative system features the FASS Whisper Technology, engineered to decrease pump noise, extend pump life, and enhance overall performance. With an impressive 100 Gallons Per Hour, this pump is more than capable of handling up to 600 Horsepower. Furthermore, advanced machining techniques are used to improve the flow of fuel through the pump by creating smooth flowing cuts with the aluminum housing. This eliminates air and vapor from entering back into the fuel along with preventing stagnant fuel pockets from forming within the system. Additional benefits include an improved filtration rating of 2 Microns, a built-in water separator, and FASS Fuel Systems patented air/vapor removal process. Diesel engines are known for having injector failure issues, and the FASS Titanium Lift Pump is designed to eliminate those failures.

Mass Flow Return Technology & Bolt-On Bracket Mounts

For the ultimate engine protection, the FASS Titanium Signature Series Fuel Lift Pump utilizes a Mass Flow Return (MFR) Technology, which continually cycles your fuel and keeps a positive pressure on the fuel being delivered to the engine. Any excess fuel returns to the tank after it's been passed through the filtration process, removing potentially harmful dirt, air, vapor, and water. This means your fuel is constantly being cleaned, guaranteeing your truck always has the freshest fuel possible. FASS has simplified the installation process with the included bolt-on brackets that utilize your factory truck bed bolts. Mounting this system only takes up a few minutes of your time, and all of the brackets were made from machined steel for durability, support, and strength. All necessary hardware and instructions come standard with this kit.
