Additionally, Choate Engineering utilizes full CNC blueprint machining to ensure precise clearances. Greatly Improves Upon the OE 6.6L

Choate Engineering meticulously engineers its 6.6L Full Running Daily Driver to ensure unparalleled reliability compared to both the OE 6.6L and the Choate Model C. This upgraded iteration incorporates a comprehensive range of components, featuring precise torque plate honing, a fully balanced engine, a harmonic balancer, reinforced head studs, upgraded valve seats, an improved rear cover and pickup tube, included oil pans, and a welded crank gear. Moreover, the Full Running Daily Driver effectively addresses a common failure point found in the OE 6.6L. The OE 6.6L Duramax was prone to head gasket problems due to the use of the variable geometry vane turbo. To solve this, Choate includes head studs standard to ensure the head gaskets won't blow. Choate has made sure their 6.6L Full Running Daily Driver improves durability and reliability, so you can depend on it to complete any task you need it to.
