This strong construction is built to allow your 2010-2013 Ram 6.7L Cummins to reach its full towing potential. The hitch ball features a solid, machined 2 5/16" ball design that can be removed, flipped upside down, and dropped into the socket when not in use. You can easily switch to a level truck bed instantly with this design. For maximum strength in the towing connection, each kit includes a spring loaded, 5/8" steel locking pin that goes completely through the ball. The hitch requires only a 4" hole in the bed for the ball to come through, and 4 other small holes for chain hooks on both sides of the hitch. When it comes to installation, this hitch kit conveniently utilizes the existing mounting holes in the truck's frame.
