Both the exhaust manifolds and up pipes featured in this kit were built with smoother bends and larger diameters over stock, helping your engine breathe easier during high-performance applications. With reduced exhaust flow restrictions, you can expect improved turbocharger spool-up times to provide better acceleration and throttle response, especially at lower RPMs. Better exhaust flow also contributes to improved engine efficiency by reducing overall backpressure. This upgrade will also work to lower EGTs during extreme driving conditions, helping protect your critical engine components from excessive heat. The manifolds are exhaust port gasket matched and internally divided for optimal flow with OEM or ported cylinder heads.

Wehrli Custom Fab manufactured their Billet Exhaust Manifold Up Pipe kit using only the best materials to ensure unmatched strength and reliability on your GM 6.6L Duramax. Each exhaust manifold comes fully TIG welded with CNC machined billet steel construction which makes it tough enough to handle just about any adventure you have in mind. The manifolds are then finished with a black ceramic coating which is rated for an impressive 1800 degrees Fahrenheit. The up pipes feature impressive 2" diameters and were built from heavy-duty 11 gauge stainless steel to add even more durability to your ride. Wehrli even includes the necessary gaskets, ARP fasteners, and washers required for installation. A 1/8 NPT port is included in the driver's side manifold for installation of an EGT or drive pressure sensor. The installation process itself can be complete in your garage and requires no tuning after it's complete.
