The Crescent JOBOX® brand began in 1961 when Delta Consolidated Industries designed and manufactured the world’s first “steel crossover truck box” to address a growing demand for secure tool and equipment storage in the beds of pickup trucks, which were rapidly gaining in popularity. These innovative new products were descriptively named JOBOX truck boxes.
 
Now part of the Crescent line of products, Crescent JOBOX still manufactures truck boxes for the more than 2.8 million* new pickups sold in the U.S. each year. Every JOBOX features renowned Crescent JOBOX strength, security, and durability and are proudly designed, engineered, and manufactured in the U.S.A. in the original plant location in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
