This engine is ideal for dynamic daily driving and towing recreational vehicles like RVs and trailers. It includes almost all the essential parts needed for a simple installation, such as two water pumps, four thermostats, and various sensors like the fuel rail pressure sensor and intake air temp sensor. Additionally, it comes with parts like the front cover, gaskets, turbocharger, pickup tube, and fuel filter. Compared to the Model C, this version offers enhancements like torque plate honing, full engine balancing, harmonic balancer, head studs, and improved valve seats, among others. Upgraded and Improved 6.7L

The 6.7L Full Running Daily Driver enhances the original 6.7L engine while addressing its common issues. One significant problem with the original is the clearance between the main and rod bearings, which Choate solves through precise machining and upgraded bearings. To prevent the potential separation of the OE 6.7L exhaust valves, Choate installs heavy-duty, heat-resistant valves. They also ensure correct cam tunnel alignment using their high-quality proprietary bearings. Another concern is the OE crank gear spinning, which can harm all 32 pushrods. Choate eliminates this risk by securely welding all gears in place. Choate Engineering's 6.7L Full Running Daily Driver is a dependable and robust engine designed for daily driving.
